RN Clinical Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Abstract, gather, analyze outcomes, and share clinical information.

• Maintain and enhance patient registry databases.

• Oversee data for designated research studies and projects.

• Serve as a data reviewer and analyst to support patient care quality initiatives.

• Engage in core quality data measurement and standards maintenance activities.

• Create data collection forms.

• Conduct clinical data abstraction and data entry.

• Process and manage data effectively.

• Uphold record systems.

• Generate project reports.

• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and offer insights on data processing and quality.

• Ensure adherence to federal and local regulations regarding clinical data collection.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing / Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

• Registered Nurse license/certification is required.

• Experience in a healthcare environment, medical office, hospital, clinical research, or academic setting is preferred.

• A minimum of two years of Neuro experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with managing research data, performance improvement, or other quality assurance activities is advantageous.

• Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interpret and apply policies and procedures for clarification and problem resolution.

• Proficient computer skills necessary to operate online systems and complex software with advanced functionality.

• Expertise in MS Office products and experience using electronic medical record systems to access patient data.

• Minimum required experience: 3 years.
