📋 Description

• Utilize specialized expertise in Records Management System (RMS) products and workflows to enhance the operations of public safety agencies.

• Define and test product functionalities, workflows, and technical setups for each agency.

• Supervise configuration and conduct business process analysis across public safety organizations.

• Collaborate with Reporting, Case Management, Evidence, and Warrants product teams.

• Educate agencies on best practices for the Mark43 RMS product suite.

• Lead change management initiatives and facilitate product adoption.

• Establish best practices for RMS workstreams among Mark43 clients and manage product implementation.

• Oversee comprehensive testing of RMS workstreams, integrations, and hardware components.

• Guide change management efforts to ensure new features are effectively deployed and comprehended.

• Collect product feedback and assist the Product team in setting development priorities.

• Evaluate customer workflows for future planning.

• Communicate team metrics and project risks to project managers concerning staffing, budgeting, and planning.

• Collaborate with the Training team to update training materials.

• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.


⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must have authorization to work for any employer in the country where the position is being offered.

• Employment visa sponsorship is not available.

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience as a product consultant or in a public safety role, particularly focused on RMS.

• A proactive approach to planning and delivery is essential.

• Experience in developing, communicating, and providing training on workflows and best practices.

• Capability to foster buy-in from diverse user groups and lead change management initiatives.

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Ability to quickly grasp new technology features and assess their benefits for user groups.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

• Must be able to perform the role in one of the approved hiring locations: Canada, the UK, or specified U.S. states.
