Risk Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate across departments to aid in the ongoing development, execution, and management of the organization's Risk Management Program.

• Evaluate and report risks utilizing management tools and guidance.

• Create and analyze reports across the organization.

• Design and oversee the execution of risk management processes, including intricate risk assessments.

• Examine, identify, articulate, and quantify risks impacting the business and corporate initiatives.

• Support the oversight of the risk management program and ensure adherence to risk management policies.

• Facilitate continuous independent risk assessments as required.

• Conduct variance trend analysis and offer support and justification.

• Aid in the development and enhancement of risk management policies and procedures.

• Monitor, assess, and produce risk reports for various audiences.

• Engage in problem management, issue resolution, and escalation processes.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in a specific Risk discipline.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and professional experience.

• Generally, 3+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Capability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
