This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Lead customized account experiences for healthcare providers and key accounts.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers.
• Cultivate meaningful connections with customers and identify common priorities.
• Guide solutions that connect customers to Novartis resources to enhance patient outcomes.
• Balance demand generation while engaging strategically with accounts.
• Address and resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
• Develop strategic territory plans aimed at driving product demand and supporting patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office staff to meet customer needs and provide access support.
• Utilize market insights, competitive landscape, and cross-functional knowledge to identify opportunities and tackle challenges.
• Leverage territory data and market trends to extract insights and lead customer interactions both virtually and in person.
• Organize planning sessions with stakeholders to address complex challenges.
• Provide real-time access support and work alongside Patient Specialty Services.
• Employ digital tools and omni-channel strategies for both virtual and face-to-face customer engagement.
• A bachelor’s degree is required from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences services, insurance, consumer health, B2B, or a similarly complex sales environment within the last 5 years.
• A proven history of consistent high performance.
• Experience in navigating and selling to large accounts and key customers.
• Strong analytical skills to seek, prioritize, and utilize relevant information to address customer challenges.
• Ethical leadership with the ability to create an environment that encourages ethical behavior and compliance.
• Must reside within the territory or within a reasonable daily commuting distance of 50 miles from the territory's border.
• Willingness to travel 60–80% across a broad geography.
• Capability to drive and/or fly within the territory.
• A fully valid and unrestricted driver’s license is required.
• Associate level: Recently separated from the US Military with 4+ years of military service in a leadership role or limited prior sales experience.
• Territory level: 2+ years of experience in a relevant specialty, healthcare, or complex sales role within the last 5 years.
• Senior level: 5+ years of experience in a relevant specialty, healthcare, or complex sales role within the last 5 years.
• Executive level: 10+ years of experience in a relevant specialty, healthcare, or complex sales role within the last 5 years.
• Ability to successfully complete initial training, which includes home study not exceeding 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.
• Customer-facing employees must adhere to applicable customer credentialing guidelines.
