This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the entire lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, tenders, due diligence questionnaires, and security questionnaires from intake to submission and post-decision debrief.
• Implement a qualification framework for incoming opportunities.
• Examine solicitations and create compliance matrices, response outlines, production schedules, and contributor timelines.
• Formulate win themes, differentiators, and executive summaries that align requirements with buyer outcomes.
• Oversee multiple deadline-driven submissions while ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Utilize an AI-powered RFx response platform, which includes prompt design, source grounding, and human verification of AI-generated responses.
• Curate and enhance a governed answer library and a repository of reusable content.
• Set up review gates to ensure compliance, technical accuracy, and response quality.
• Evaluate AI-generated content for unverified claims, outdated information, generic language, and inaccuracies.
• Maintain version control, approval processes, documentation, and readiness for audits.
• Coordinate contributions from Sales, Sales Engineering, Product, Security, Finance, Legal, and other subject matter experts.
• Monitor contributor progress, eliminate obstacles, and escalate risks as needed.
• Document effective RFx practices into a repeatable global playbook.
• Assist in meeting public sector and regulated industry requirements, including security, privacy, accessibility, and compliance documentation.
• Identify, qualify, and monitor publicly posted solicitations.
• Track and report on submission volume, cycle time, outcomes, and recurring win/loss themes.
• Conduct post-decision debriefs and use insights gained to enhance content, positioning, qualification criteria, and processes.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in managing RFPs, RFIs, bids, proposals, or similar competitive response processes.
• Direct experience using AI tools to draft proposal content, including the review, verification, and approval of AI-generated responses prior to submission.
• In-depth knowledge of RFx best practices, encompassing compliance matrices, response outlines, win themes, and structured review gates.
• Exceptional writing and editing abilities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, along with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Capability to handle multiple complex, deadline-driven submissions concurrently.
• Experience with Salesforce and reporting on activities, outcomes, or other pertinent performance metrics.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate across various teams and time zones.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to manage confidential and sensitive business information with discretion.
• Preferred: Experience with managing RFPs, bids, or proposals in the B2B software or SaaS sectors.
• Preferred: Familiarity with public sector bids and security frameworks or questionnaires like FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001, CAIQ, and SIG.
• Preferred: Residence in the Eastern Time Zone.
