This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Conduct internal evaluations of appraisal reports to ensure adherence to appraisal standards and assignment scope requirements while minimizing risk.
• Guarantee the quality of analysis through completeness, accuracy, adequacy, relevance, and reasonableness.
• Discuss appraisal methodologies with appraisers for specific assignments upon request.
• Provide mentorship and serve as a resource for CIVAS appraisers when necessary.
• Manage initial and ongoing client communications and account management for individual portfolio assignments and milestones.
• Coordinate due diligence, inspections, and assignments for internal team members.
• Develop templates tailored to client-specific requirements.
• Generate portfolio data tapes that include specific metrics from individual reports.
• Oversee review comments, processes, and revisions.
• Promote and advocate for Colliers’ brand within the local market by delivering exceptional customer service.
• MAI Designation is required.
• 8-10 years of relevant work experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree along with completion of advanced appraisal review class curriculum is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess a team-oriented mentality with outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to provide excellent client service throughout the organization and with external partners.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
