Regional Revenue Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support forecasting and the execution of strategies for designated properties under the supervision of the Area/Regional Director of Revenue Management.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of transient, group, and catering segments while researching the market presence for specific properties.

• Implement revenue management principles, processes, and systems in the daily operations of the property.

• Raise trends and issues to the Area/Regional Director when necessary.

• Assist in the integration of brand strategies and cultures into revenue planning.

• Conduct daily analysis and reporting of competitive benchmarks and market trends.

• Develop and modify pricing strategies for assigned properties.

• Oversee daily third-party distribution management.

• Analyze monthly hotel performance and compile summary reports.

• Identify cost-effective methods to minimize distribution expenses.

• Aid in the annual revenue budgeting process utilizing property-level data and analysis.

• Provide ongoing revenue management support and guidance to on-property teams.

• Visit hotels to acquire firsthand insights into revenue management challenges and other critical areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in hospitality revenue management or hotel operations is required.

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.

• Familiarity with Marriott and Hilton revenue systems is preferred.

• Knowledge of IHG and Hyatt revenue systems is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills are necessary.

• A Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience is required.

• One Yield V2 and GRO certifications are advantageous.

• A working knowledge of Amadeus and Lighthouse BI products is desirable.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
