Revenue Operations Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain detailed sales dashboards and reports that monitor key performance indicators, such as sales pipeline, conversion rates, revenue, and profitability.

• Examine data to uncover trends, patterns, anomalies, and areas that require enhancement.

• Propose solutions based on data analysis.

• Design and implement forecasting models to anticipate future sales outcomes.

• Develop and oversee custom reports while conducting ad-hoc data analyses.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams for informed decision-making and strategic initiatives.

• Recognize and execute automation opportunities to enhance data quality and optimize processes.

• Maintain and refine data infrastructure and procedures.

• Keep abreast of trends and advancements in sales data analytics.

• Deliver findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Convey complex data insights to a variety of stakeholders.

• Work alongside Revenue Operations team members to guarantee data accuracy and completeness.

• Identify and relay potential issues or risks derived from data analysis.

• Partner with IT to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 years of practical experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.

• Proficiency in Salesforce, SQL, Python, R, Qlik/Tableau, and Excel; SQL is essential.

• Background in a sales and revenue operations or data analyst position.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Enthusiasm for leveraging data to drive business outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
