Revenue Management Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation and delivery of the Choice Revenue Optimization Consulting Services (ROCS) program.

• Manage and enhance the ROCS program to ensure its effectiveness.

• Provide strategic revenue management support to hotels through well-defined service levels.

• Ensure internal integrity in billing, compliance, and vendor relations by optimizing processes.

• Launch initiatives that boost adoption and retention while improving efficiency.

• Engage with franchisees and internal stakeholders through collaborative efforts across functions.

• Streamline internal processes and workflows to ensure compliance with program standards and enhance efficiency.

• Monitor, evaluate, and project hotel engagement metrics.

• Relay program updates, advocacy initiatives, and informational opportunities to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Management.

• In-depth understanding of Revenue Management principles, tools, philosophies, and reports.

• Familiarity with industry-standard metrics and associated reports.

• Knowledge of Choice Internet sites, Property Management Systems, Choice distribution strategies, and GDS systems is advantageous.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to partner and collaborate with leadership at all levels.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint, particularly in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of cross-functional teams.

• Skilled at managing multiple projects and effectively prioritizing tasks.

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or Revenue Management.

• Revenue Management certification (CHRM or CRME) is preferable.

• Not eligible for visa sponsorship currently or in the future.
