This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Monitor and evaluate Customer Lifetime Value and retention metrics segmented by dealer categories and cohorts across different business units.
• Create input/output models to track business outcomes, identify performance gaps, and forecast future sales results.
• Analyze intricate business challenges through data assessment and propose viable solutions.
• Plan, implement, and assess data from campaigns and promotional events to enhance Share of Wallet or Active User metrics.
• Consolidate analytical insights and monitor results through sustainable reports and visual representations.
• Develop financial and decision-making models while conducting ad-hoc analyses to support essential initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with management to prioritize business and informational requirements.
• Oversee projects to synchronize efforts and mitigate risks to meet performance objectives.
• Identify and execute opportunities for process improvements, including automation of processes and reporting.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or another quantitative field is essential.
• 2–5 years of experience as a data analyst, statistical analyst, model developer, or reporting analyst is required.
• Proven experience in managing small to medium-sized projects.
• Familiarity with process automation tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, Zapier, Kissflow, or Appian is necessary.
• Strong understanding of data models, simulation methodologies, and financial modeling techniques.
• Proficient in reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, DOMO, or Looker, and/or databases like SQL or Snowflake.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and precision.
• Skilled in querying, report generation, and delivering findings in a clear, concise, and accurate manner.
