Revenue Cycle Consultant – Ambulatory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with health center teams on assigned initiatives to enhance Revenue Cycle and adopt best-practice methodologies.

• Create, develop, and execute member assessments and consultations focused on Revenue Cycle performance and technical assistance needs.

• Recognize opportunities for improvement and propose potential solutions.

• Organize member consultations, which include managing meeting logistics, member communications, meeting content, and follow-up activities.

• Plan, coordinate, facilitate, and assess member learning sessions and training programs.

• Work in partnership with project collaborators on curriculum development, agenda formulation, and trainer selection.

• Assist in process enhancements, system upgrades, and measurable outcomes that align with OCHIN’s organizational objectives.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in Revenue Cycle and billing in a comparable or relevant position.

• Proficiency with EHR software; experience with Epic is preferred.

• Familiarity with PB/HB Resolute modules or experience with PB/HB Claims, Prelude, Cadence, Grand Central, and EpicCare modules is advantageous.

• Experience in or with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or a community health center is essential.

• Strong grasp of revenue cycle and financial principles.

• Proficient in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.

• Capacity to work remotely in a virtual home-office setting.

• Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers and mobile devices.

• Willingness to travel as required by OCHIN's business needs.
