Revenue Cycle Client Relations Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Facilitate regular meetings with designated clients by preparing agendas, delivering financial and operational updates, addressing inquiries and concerns, and confirming priorities and next steps.

• Evaluate revenue cycle and financial performance across various areas including charges, payments, adjustments, collections, accounts receivable, aging, denials, and payer performance.

• Identify potential risks and opportunities, assess root causes of performance discrepancies, and propose strategies to enhance revenue cycle performance and financial results.

• Investigate and resolve intricate client issues through collaboration with cross-functional teams and data-driven analysis.

• Set accountability and resolution deadlines, escalate obstacles, and ensure proactive communication throughout the resolution process and follow-up.

• Document meeting minutes, action item logs, escalation records, and client information.

• Track commitments and follow up with responsible individuals to ensure timely execution and accountability.

• Assist in new client implementations, process improvement projects, and special initiatives.

• Communicate requirements, pinpoint workflow deficiencies, and work with subject-matter experts to foster compliant and sustainable operations.

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, coordinating efforts across operations, finance, analytics, and support teams.

• Provide informal guidance and coordination across designated workstreams without having direct reports.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

• Four to five years of experience in client relations, account management, customer experience, business operations, financial performance, or another client-facing position.

• Experience acting as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio or book of business.

• Proven experience leading regular meetings, addressing concerns, and coordinating follow-ups with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in reviewing and presenting financial, claims, utilization, service, or operational performance data.

• Proficient in preparing and delivering professional PowerPoint presentations.

• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and collaboration tools.

• Capacity to grasp healthcare revenue cycle concepts.

• Willingness to travel as needed to support client and business requirements.

• Excellent communication, relationship management, organizational, judgment, problem-solving, confidentiality, and follow-through skills.
