Retention Manager, CRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Take charge of retention at carOne, ensuring drivers remain engaged with the app and return frequently.

• Develop and manage lifecycle journeys through email and push notifications from the moment users first interact with the app.

• Connect with users at key moments, delivering the right message at the most opportune time.

• Identify points where users disengage, analyze the reasons behind these drop-offs, and implement solutions.

• Convert occasional users into loyal, paying customers.

• Enhance repeat purchases and the utilization of additional services.

• Organize and execute the campaign calendar effectively.

• Continuously test various campaigns and retain successful strategies.

• Monitor retention metrics on a weekly basis and take responsibility for the outcomes.

• Strive towards KPIs such as retention rates, conversion rates, repeat purchases, and growth of the active customer base.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, with revenue targets that you were accountable for achieving.

• Practical knowledge of Klaviyo or comparable tools, including flows, segments, event-triggered automation, and A/B testing.

• Proficient in using AI tools as part of daily operations.

• Capable of making informed decisions based on dashboard data.

• Fluent in Lithuanian and proficient in English.

• Experience in a subscription or repeat-purchase business model is a plus.

• Familiarity with push notification strategies for mobile applications is desirable.

• Basic SQL skills and experience with transactional email tools are advantageous.

• Ability to act swiftly and stand by your results.
