This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Maintain existing membership within a designated territory and achieve daily production goals.
β’ Perform outreach through phone calls and in-person visits, including community events, provider offices, and home visits.
β’ Clearly explain, communicate, and assist with Wellcare products.
β’ Ensure adherence to regulatory, audit, and corporate standards.
β’ Investigate, analyze, document, and resolve inquiries concerning program eligibility.
β’ Address application and service queries to sustain and grow membership.
β’ Conduct outreach and follow-up communications to educate members and serve as a liaison between members and Wellcare departments.
β’ Cultivate and sustain relationships with current members by providing year-round support and assistance.
β’ Recognize unmet needs and deliver education and support that highlights Wellcare benefits.
β’ Adapt communication techniques to overcome objections and retain members.
β’ Identify solutions to member concerns and issues.
β’ Record all interactions and marketing leads in Sales Force and Facets.
β’ Monitor and log communication outcomes and update member databases.
β’ Execute administrative tasks utilizing computer systems.
β’ Assist with training others and perform higher-level duties for professional development.
β’ Carry out other assigned responsibilities while adhering to all policies and standards.
β’ Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
β’ Must live in the Orlando, FL area.
β’ Willingness to travel and work some weekends is required.
β’ High School Diploma or GED is essential.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare is preferred.
β’ At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
β’ A driver's license may be required for certain plans.
β’ Specific language skills may be necessary for some plans.
β’ Ability to meet and exceed quality assurance benchmarks.
β’ Capability to complete intensive internal training and pass requisite tests with at least an 85% score within two attempts.
β’ Proficiency in conducting needs-based assessments and responding to queries regarding product features, benefits, and provider networks.
β’ Experience in Medicare sales and community engagement is highly preferred.
β’ Familiarity with Sales Force, Facets, and computer systems is required.
