Retention Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize and create effective email campaigns and automated workflows, such as welcome series and abandoned cart sequences, in alignment with the client's brand identity.

• Implement email best practices, focusing on mobile-first design, a clear visual hierarchy, and optimized calls-to-action.

• Enhance designs for dark mode compatibility, accessibility, and coding that ensures deliverability.

• Collaborate within and enhance design systems and component libraries in Figma for various brands.

• Work alongside copywriters and Klaviyo implementers to transition projects from initial concept to final deployment.

• Present design solutions to clients, leveraging data-driven insights to validate creative decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to creating marketing emails for e-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands.

• A robust portfolio that demonstrates expertise in conversion-focused email and lifecycle projects.

• Familiarity with Klaviyo or comparable Email Service Provider (ESP) platforms.

• Proficient in using cloud-based design tools such as Figma.

• In-depth knowledge of email design best practices.

• Experience with Shopify or Shopify Plus.

• Capability to manage multiple brands and projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across different functions.

• Preferred: Experience in an agency setting or a multi-client environment.

• Preferred: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS related to email design limitations.

• Preferred: Familiarity with A/B testing and performance-driven iterations.
