Retention Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and execute strategies aimed at retaining current customers.

• Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat to address their concerns and resolve any issues.

• Analyze the reasons behind customer dissatisfaction and address the root causes.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure swift solutions.

• Track customer retention metrics and provide trend reports to the management team.

• Remain informed about product and industry trends to enhance customer service.

• Identify and apply process improvements to enhance customer experience and retention rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Demonstrable experience in customer service and/or sales, ideally in a retention role.

• Capability to effectively understand and address customer concerns.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

• Proficient in customer management systems and call center technologies.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
