📋 Description

• Assist in the activities of the Supply Chain Knowledge Center (SCKC).

• Recognize, influence, and support revenue and growth potential through insights into the supply chain, adoption of solutions, and narrative-based value propositions.

• Forge relationships with both internal and external stakeholders while addressing inquiries and escalating issues appropriately.

• Convert supply chain capabilities into clear value propositions, promoting solution adoption and fostering long-term partnerships.

• Employ data-driven storytelling and executive-level communication to focus on client requirements.

• Advocate for innovation within supply chain analytics.

• Collaborate with relevant teams to investigate and execute AI-enabled enhancements that enhance insight generation, efficiency, and decision-making.

• Utilize stakeholder feedback to consistently improve SCKC offerings and ensure that solutions align with business objectives.

• Take ownership of outcomes from strategy to execution.

• Contribute to ongoing learning, inclusive leadership, and fluency in supply chain practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in FMCG/CPG.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate robust relationships with clients.

• Team-oriented with a positive demeanor.

• Capability to influence without formal authority across internal teams.

• Self-driven and able to work autonomously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Exceptional presentation abilities.

• Experience in utilizing data to support client outcomes.

• Skill in applying quantitative data to demonstrate measurable results.

• Strong business acumen coupled with structured problem-solving capabilities.

• Confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders at various seniority levels.

• Ability to identify, influence, and support opportunities for revenue and growth.

• Skill in translating supply chain capabilities into compelling value narratives.

• Experience with data-driven storytelling and executive-level communication.

• Ability to collaborate with teams on AI-enabled enhancements.
