📋 Description

• You will be the individual responsible for harnessing the commercial potential of our clients and strategic sales points within the Purchasing Groups in Galicia, Asturias, and León, driving sales growth.

• Manage and cultivate a portfolio of high-potential clients and sales points in Galicia, Asturias, and León.

• Regularly visit approximately 120 strategic stores to boost commercial activity and maximize sales opportunities.

• Execute sell-in and sell-out actions, negotiating and implementing commercial initiatives aimed at growth.

• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, store managers, and purchasing groups.

• Ensure excellent execution at the point of sale and promote best practices in Retail Excellence.

• Serve as the primary contact for business inquiries and post-sale support.

• Analyze results, track KPIs, and propose continuous improvement actions.

• Share market information, trends, and competitor activity to support decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in field sales, account management, or business development.

• Proven experience in commercial negotiation and client development.

• Knowledge of the retail environment, distribution, or indirect channels, preferably in home appliances.

• Strong negotiation skills and a clear results-oriented approach.

• Ability to build trustful relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders.

• Autonomous, dynamic, and initiative-driven profile.

• Excellent planning and organizational capabilities.

• Availability for frequent travel within the assigned area.

• Valid driver's license.
