Retail District Manager – Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Build and sustain a team of Sales Representatives

• Act as the primary contact for Sales Representatives within the designated district

• Oversee the final interview process and hiring of team members

• Manage team training, scheduling, execution of visits, reporting, and overall performance towards goals

• Supervise field performance outcomes and set team and individual performance targets

• Analyze data and develop strategies to meet district and program objectives

• Deliver field insights and competitive intelligence to client and field teams

• Offer ongoing contact, coaching, mentoring, and support both individually and in group settings

• Adapt to evolving business conditions to ensure the field organization meets or surpasses client expectations

• Foster relationships with store associates and management

• Manage expenses and ensure compliance with company policies

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of management experience in retail, merchandising, training, sales, and/or field marketing

• Prior experience in retail sales and merchandising management within Grocery & "big box" is strongly preferred

• A home office setup with Internet access is mandatory

• Proficient computer skills, including internet usage, email, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Innate ability to lead a team in a way that fosters team morale and achieves objectives

• Outgoing and professional demeanor with the capability to quickly build relationships

• Self-driven with strong organizational skills, able to work independently with minimal supervision, while adhering to ethical and professional business standards

• Provide daily updates to supervisors on field issues such as "red flag" concerns, representative fallout, and program challenges using solution-oriented communication

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• A valid driver’s license is required

• Willingness to travel within and outside of your territory as necessary

• Compliance with mask-wearing when working in the field is mandatory

• Ability to lift up to 30lbs
