This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide inbound or outbound non-promotional education and support related to disease states to designated customers.
• Offer therapy education and assistance.
• Gather, verify, and input demographic information into the designated CRM for program enrollment and documentation.
• Uphold high standards of quality and deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to call guides, talking points, and FAQs.
• Utilize only the approved materials supplied by Inizio or the client.
• Participate in and successfully complete mandatory training sessions, courses, and competency evaluations.
• Fulfill administrative duties, including computer updates, email correspondence, and time reporting.
• Attend local and national program meetings and/or conferences as required and when feasible.
• Comply with company and client policies, procedures, and training mandates.
• Protect patient privacy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA, including adherence to call monitoring protocols.
• Return and maintain company-owned equipment and materials.
• Execute additional reasonable tasks as assigned.
• Valid U.S. healthcare professional license (RN, RT).
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree, BSN, or equivalent relevant experience.
• A preferred minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory disease states or a related field.
• Familiarity with call center telephone technology is preferred.
• Strong and professional communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities, with a friendly telephone demeanor and clear speaking voice.
• Proven organizational skills and capability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Capacity to multitask while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Commitment to process excellence with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office, client-specific applications, and database systems.
• Availability to participate in frequent meetings and calls without interruptions.
• Ability to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality in a remote environment in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Capability to complete necessary training, competency assessments, and administrative tasks within specified time frames.
• Competence in returning and maintaining company equipment and materials per company guidelines.
