This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Ensure Technical Success: Guide customers through their entire experience, from the initial onboarding process to the expansion of advanced use cases, while guaranteeing a smooth adoption and implementation of Immuta solutions.

• Become a Trusted Technical Advisor: Offer unmatched technical expertise and solution design, establishing yourself as the primary expert for customers facing complex governance and compliance issues in government settings.

• Innovate at the Forefront: Create and implement state-of-the-art proof of concepts and innovative governance solutions, extending the limits of what is achievable within customer technology frameworks.

• Influence Product Development: Act as a crucial feedback conduit, converting customer insights and field experiences into valuable information for our Product team to shape future innovations and developments.

• Foster Strategic Collaborations: Work closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and field leadership to implement comprehensive account strategies that promote long-term customer success.


⛳️ Requirements

• Due to the requirements of our U.S. Government contracts, eligible candidates must be U.S. citizens and hold an active TS/SCI security clearance.

• Over 5 years of experience as a technology consultant, ideally with a focus on government clients within the DoD, IC, and Federal Civilian sectors.

• Proven experience in delivering on-premises solutions within air-gapped networks.

• Familiarity with IAM integration (e.g., PingFederate).

• Background in data engineering or data governance roles.

• Strong proficiency with modern data platforms such as Trino, Postgres/RDBMS, as well as Snowflake and Databricks.

• Demonstrated understanding of cloud data architecture, data analytics, and programming.

• Knowledge of data access via identity management and the functions of data catalog tools.

• Exceptional capability to analyze intricate technical concepts and express them in business terminology for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• The ability to lead and shape customer perspectives on technology adoption and solution design.

• Strong technical problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex customer requests and projects.

• A high level of comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
