Reservations Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Deliver a genuine, informative, and tailored guest experience for resort reservations.

• Accurately enter guest contact details.

• Record guest history, including prior stays, special occasions, preferences, and other relevant information.

• Address inquiries regarding room bookings, availability, accommodations, pricing, and special promotions.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of resort facilities, services, accommodations, rates, packages, promotions, spa services, daily availability, events, local amenities, restaurants, wineries, points of interest, and directions.

• Assist in effectively resolving guest challenges.

• Collaborate with guest service team members and other departments to tackle challenges and exceed guest expectations.

• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in billing and financial transactions.

• Promote services and offerings while educating guests about resort amenities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in either Utah or New Mexico.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a hospitality, spa, or reservations role, preferably at a luxury resort.

• Proficient in creating professional business letter correspondence.

• Excellent interpersonal and sales abilities.

• Strong phone etiquette.

• Ability to engage positively with every guest.

• Capability to work collaboratively with other departments and colleagues as part of a team.
