Reservations Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Craft a sincere, informative, and tailored reservation experience for resort guests.

• Input guest contact details accurately.

• Document past stay experiences, special occasions, preferences, and other relevant information in guest history.

• Address inquiries regarding room bookings, availability, accommodations, pricing, and special promotions.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort amenities, services, accommodations, rates, packages, promotions, spa services, availability, events, directions, and local offerings.

• Assist in effectively resolving guest challenges.

• Partner with guest service team members and various departments to tackle challenges and surpass guest expectations.

• Ensure that billing and financial transactions are conducted accurately and efficiently.

• Promote services and offerings while informing guests about resort amenities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of two years in a hospitality, spa, or reservations role, ideally at a luxury resort.

• Proficient in crafting professional business correspondence.

• Exceptional interpersonal and sales abilities.

• Strong phone etiquette.

• Capability to engage positively with every guest.

• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and colleagues as part of a team.
