Reservations Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Develop a personalized, informative, and authentic guest reservation experience at the resort.

• Precisely enter guest contact details into the system.

• Incorporate guest history, including prior stays, special occasions, preferences, and other relevant information.

• Address guest inquiries related to room bookings, availability, accommodations, pricing, and special promotions.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of resort amenities, services, accommodations, rates, packages, promotions, spa offerings, daily availability, entertainment, events, directions, and local attractions.

• Assist in effectively resolving guest challenges.

• Collaborate with guest service team members and other departments to overcome challenges and surpass guest expectations.

• Ensure that billing and financial transactions are performed accurately and efficiently.

• Promote services and offerings while informing guests about resort amenities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside in either Utah or New Mexico.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in hospitality, spa, or reservations roles, ideally in a luxury resort setting.

• Proficient in crafting professional business correspondence.

• Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and sales skills.

• Possess outstanding phone etiquette.

• Ability to engage positively with every guest.

• Capability to work collaboratively with other departments and colleagues as part of a team.
