Reservation Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver a genuine, informative, and personalized experience for guests making resort reservations by accurately entering their contact information.

• Update guest history with details such as prior stays, special occasions, preferences, and other relevant information.

• Address guest inquiries related to room bookings, availability, accommodations, pricing, and exclusive offers.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the resort's facilities, services, operating hours, accommodations, rates, packages, promotions, spa services, daily availability, events, local amenities, restaurants, wineries, attractions, and directions.

• Assist with effectively resolving guest challenges.

• Collaborate closely with guest service team members and other departments to address issues, ensure follow-through, and exceed guest expectations.

• Ensure accurate and efficient execution of billing and financial transactions for guests.

• Promote services and offerings while educating guests about the resort's amenities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two years' experience in hospitality, spa, or reservations roles, ideally at a luxury resort.

• Proficiency in crafting professional business letter correspondence.

• Exceptional interpersonal and sales abilities.

• Strong telephone etiquette.

• Capability to engage positively with every guest.

• Ability to work harmoniously with other departments and colleagues as part of a team.

• Must be a resident of Texas.
