This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Proactively identify qualified candidates based on the requirements of vacancies through platforms such as LinkedIn, professional communities, forums, internal databases, social networks, job boards, and various other channels.

• Assess and shortlist CVs for potential candidates.

• Input candidate information into SmartRecruiters and maintain the system up to date throughout the hiring process.

• Initiate contact with prospective candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities.

• Execute market analysis and conduct data research.

• Create relevant reports and presentations as needed.

• Enhance and manage internal databases alongside associated reports.

• Gather and verify job descriptions to ensure they align with corporate standards and templates.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as aligned with the role's objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

• A minimum of 1.5 years of experience in a recruitment agency or IT company in a research capacity.

• Proficient in English at an upper-intermediate level or above.

• Familiarity with workflow automation and process enhancement.

• Strong attention to detail and efficiency in candidate sourcing.

• Confident and skilled in utilizing various sourcing and recruitment tools.

• Experience with international recruitment processes.
