Freelance Talent Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Identify candidates for roles assigned by Talentuch

• Utilize LinkedIn and other professional networks for searches

• Evaluate profiles to determine candidate suitability based on job criteria

• Gather candidate details, including name, location, job title, experience, LinkedIn URL, and contact information

• Input candidate profiles into Google Sheets

• Provide finalized lists to recruiters for candidate outreach

• No direct candidate interaction, interviews, or client communication necessary; these tasks are managed by the recruitment team

⛳️ Requirements

• Residing in Argentina

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter role

• Proficient in written English at an intermediate level or higher

• Strong online research abilities

• Capability to navigate LinkedIn and comprehend job specifications

• Familiarity with Google Sheets

• Strong attention to detail
