This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Participate in a structured online survey lasting approximately 20–23 minutes.

• Respond to multiple-choice questions and provide brief voice-recorded answers.

• Offer insights on advising employers about group medical and pharmacy benefits.

• Complete the survey once; there is no ongoing work, hourly obligation, or follow-up required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience working with US employers as a group health benefits broker/agent, benefits consultant, or specialist support within a brokerage or benefits consulting firm.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in employer benefits brokerage, consulting, or advisory support.

• Employer-sponsored group benefits (including medical, pharmacy, and/or group retiree) should make up the majority of your work over the last 12 months.

• If involved in personally selling or placing insurance, must be licensed to sell health insurance in at least one US state.

• If you have placed employer medical insurance in the past 12 months, must have worked with at least two medical carriers.

• Must be based in the United States.

• Access to a microphone and a quiet space for voice responses is necessary.

• Not applicable to individual-only brokers or employees of insurance carriers, PBMs, or health plans.
