This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Investigate intricate customer service cases, manage billing adjustments, and convey solutions to customers and clients regarding tolls and violations.

• Evaluate, respond to, and resolve written inquiries across multiple channels from vehicle renters and related agencies and businesses.

• Prioritize daily tasks according to their significance.

• Monitor and report unusual trends in service inquiries to leadership.

• Generate clear and comprehensive documentation and notes for all inquiries.

• Support customer service calls as necessary to achieve service level goals.

• Assist with additional tasks as required.

• Collaborate with internal departments, Tolling Authorities, Issuing Authorities, and Collections Agencies to address renter disputes.

• Help with expedited requests from clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma.

• A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in an administrative, research, customer service, or transaction processing role.

• Exceptional reading and comprehension abilities.

• Strong interpersonal written communication skills for accurately documenting activities in various systems and maintaining proper business writing standards.

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Outlook and Excel.

• Capability to analyze data for resolving complex issues.

• A strong sense of urgency and personal initiative regarding customer service and problem resolution.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and excel under pressure in a team setting.

• Professionalism, commitment to follow-through, and a high standard of business ethics.
