Manager, Consumer Insights and Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise daily consumer experience research, ongoing listening initiatives, and integration of cross-functional data.

• Execute driver, journey, and text analyses to identify friction points and sentiment influencers among patients, consumers, and caregivers.

• Oversee and mentor insights analysts to guarantee technical precision and enhance skills in data modeling, visualization, and reporting.

• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to translate consumer insights into actionable enhancements in patient care and processes.

• Utilize AI and advanced analytics tools to produce executive-level reports and expedite operational performance initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of combined experience in Agency and Client research.

• Preferred: 3+ years of leadership experience.

• Proven experience in leading Customer/Consumer insights research or measurement programs.
