Repair Technician – Fitness Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assess, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and comparable products.

• Repair fitness bicycles, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, and similar items.

• Interpret and adhere to manufacturers' manuals and repair guidelines.

• Construct products in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

• Deliver outstanding customer service at clients' residences.

• Execute contracted repair services for premium consumer goods companies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient knowledge and capability to evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bicycles, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and related products.

• Ability to read and understand manufacturers' manuals and repair instructions.

• Reliable personal transportation to and from repair locations.

• Possess hand and power tools.

• Experience and mechanical skills to assemble products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Must have an EIN (federal tax identification number).

• Adhere to insurance and vehicle registration requirements.

• DOT/MC numbers may be necessary for vehicles with a GVWR exceeding 10,000 lbs.

• Comply with state regulations for the vehicle utilized to complete work.

• Successfully pass background checks and drug screenings.

• Pass MVR screening for driving contractors.

• Dedication to exceptional customer service.

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in using a mobile phone.

• Strong communication skills.
