Repair Technician – Fitness Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assess, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness equipment and related products.

• Fix fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar items.

• Read and adhere to manufacturer's manuals and guidelines.

• Assemble products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Deliver outstanding customer service in consumers' homes.

• Conduct final delivery, assembly, and/or repair of consumer goods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in evaluating, troubleshooting, analyzing, identifying, and repairing fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products.

• Capable of reading and understanding manufacturer manuals and repair instructions.

• Must have personal transportation to and from repair sites.

• Required to own hand and power tools.

• Experience and mechanical aptitude to assemble products to manufacturer specifications.

• Must possess an EIN (federal tax ID).

• Comply with insurance and vehicle registration requirements.

• DOT/MC numbers may be necessary for vehicles with GVWR exceeding 10,000 lbs.

• Adhere to state regulations for the vehicle used to perform work.

• Successfully pass background checks and drug screenings.

• Pass MVR screening for driving contractors.

• Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

• Tech-savvy, particularly with mobile devices.

• Strong communication skills.
