Repair Technician – Fitness Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assess, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar items.

• Conduct final delivery, assembly, and/or repair of consumer products in customers' residences.

• Interpret and adhere to manufacturer manuals and guidelines.

• Assemble products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Deliver outstanding customer service.

• Travel to repair locations using personal means of transportation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience and capability to evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and akin products.

• Competence in reading and understanding manufacturer manuals and repair instructions.

• Personal transportation for commuting to and from repair sites.

• Ownership of hand and power tools.

• Mechanical aptitude and experience in assembling products to manufacturer standards.

• Must possess an EIN (federal tax ID).

• Adhere to insurance and vehicle registration regulations.

• DOT/MC numbers may be necessary for vehicles with a GVWR exceeding 10,000 lbs.

• Comply with relevant state laws regarding the vehicle utilized.

• Successfully clear background and drug screenings.

• Pass MVR screening for driving contractors.

• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

• Proficient with mobile technology.
