Renewals Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the process for renewing customer contracts and present to key clients and senior executives to negotiate and finalize contract renewals.

• Build and nurture long-lasting relationships to enhance future retention and revenue potential.

• Foster contract growth by identifying upsell opportunities and discovering innovative methods to provide additional value during the renewal phase.

• Collaborate with BrowserStack's customer-facing teams to develop and execute strategic retention plans that align with organizational goals.

• Utilize data-driven insights regarding customer health and proactively engage with at-risk customers to enhance retention efforts.

• Manage account and contact details throughout the entire customer lifecycle utilizing Salesforce.com.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of BrowserStack products and relevant industries to support retention initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Renewals or Account Management within a SaaS environment.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Proficient in delivering clear and concise guidance through emails, phone calls, or in-person interactions with a relaxed and confident demeanor.

• Capability to collaborate effectively across different teams.

• Familiarity with SFDC or similar CRM platforms.
