Renewals Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Work in partnership with Account Managers to enhance the customer support experience.

• Prepare and deliver renewal quotes to clients.

• Inform customers about impending contract expirations.

• Serve as the intermediary among customers, partners, and distributors.

• Cultivate strong relationships with the internal team, partners, and clients.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to expand accounts and boost customer retention.

• Work together with the renewals team to oversee the renewals pipeline and weekly forecasts.

• Present quotes and renewal schedules to customers.

• Assess customers’ support renewal requirements and offer recommendations when necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Basic understanding and experience in the IT sector.

• General knowledge and experience in managing SaaS contracts.

• Results-oriented and self-motivated individual.

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

• Experience in customer retention management.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and demonstrate excellent organizational skills.

• Initiative to pinpoint areas for process enhancement and efficiency.

• Strong work ethic.
