Renewals Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Oversee the quote-to-closure process for renewals starting 120 to 90 days prior to the renewal due date.

• Meet or surpass quarterly revenue targets related to retention, growth, and extension of existing customer contracts.

• Collaborate with Customer Success to evaluate customer health and implement the suitable renewal strategy.

• Maintain and provide an accurate forecast of renewals within the designated portfolio.

• Handle renewal processes for multiple commercial clients simultaneously.

• Appropriately escalate issues to assist in resolving customer concerns.

• Identify clients at risk of renewal prior to the renewal date and escalate to relevant team members.

• Reduce contraction and churn across all agreements.

• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with channel and alliance partners to discover and finalize joint opportunities.

• Work collaboratively across functions with Legal and Deals Desk as necessary.

• Suggest and contribute to improvements in processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity and renewals.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Highly cooperative and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial setting.

• Demonstrated history of success and exceeding renewal quotas in previous roles.

• Comprehensive understanding of SaaS products and pricing models.

• Ability to quickly grasp Wiz's offerings and pricing structure.

• Experience in a SaaS revenue organization: Sales, Customer Success Management, or previous renewals team experience.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ, IronClad, and ChurnZero.

• Confidence and ability to navigate customer and partner renewal processes in accordance with Wiz's rules of engagement.

• Legal authorization to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship.
