Renewal Specialist, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and execute win/win negotiation strategies for a substantial volume of renewals that enhance contract value while safeguarding and strengthening customer trust.

• Drive account growth by identifying additional opportunities during contract renewals.

• Maintain and regularly update a rolling forecast for the designated territory.

• Communicate renewal risks to internal stakeholders and devise resolution strategies.

• Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success teams, Pricing, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Product Management.

• Analyze data and assess identifiable factors to resolve diverse problems.

• Adhere to best practices in Opportunity Management, Data Quality and Accuracy, CRM Hygiene, Quotes, and Forecasting.

• Meet financial and strategic targets for revenue, bookings, and billings.

• Assess the portfolio and allocate time effectively to achieve favorable outcomes.

• Utilize customer data and behavior to evaluate renewal health.

• Report to the Manager of Renewal Specialists as an individual contributor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Eligible to work in Egypt.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and German.

• Over 3 years of experience in Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success, preferably within SaaS offerings.

• Strong negotiation skills with proven experience in timely contract completion (preferred).

• Ability to showcase a strategic mindset to facilitate persuasive value discussions with customers at an executive level (preferred).

• Experience in a quota-carrying sales role with demonstrated success (preferred).

• Strong skills in process management, financial acumen, and contractual engineering (preferred).

• Capacity to respond and adapt to potential rapid shifts in priorities (preferred).

• High level of urgency, strong organizational skills, and prioritization abilities (preferred).

• Capability to manage the renewal cycle effectively, involving necessary resources (preferred).
