Renewal Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Evaluate customer contracts and product choices to establish renewal pathway alternatives

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with designated customers during the renewal journey

• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations effectively

• Communicate Sophos renewal options clearly

• Maintain connections with key partners and address renewal obstacles

• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion of customer contracts

• Work collaboratively with sales to enhance revenue growth from current customers

• Assess and refine renewal processes

• Recognize automation possibilities and utilize technology tools to streamline workflows

• Collaborate with sales, finance, customer success, and product management teams

• Inform stakeholders about renewal status, risks, and opportunities

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Renewal Sales

• Proficiency in the English language

• Experience in Sales, Customer Success, Channel Partnerships, or Renewal Management is preferred

• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and CPQ tools

• Knowledge of Outreach, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Outlook

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop customer relationships

• Self-driven and proactive mindset

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively

• Experience in the technology sector or a SaaS-based organization is highly desirable

• Understanding of contract management processes and legal terminology is an advantage

• Currently residing in Mumbai

• Legal authorization to work in India without needing employer sponsorship
