📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Accounting teams to effectively finalize a range of renewals and associated expansions.

• Analyze customer renewal data, usage statistics, and subscription history to ensure a shared understanding of suitable renewal options.

• Proactively identify upcoming renewals and engage with customers well in advance of expiration dates to guarantee timely execution.

• Inform customers about relevant subscription choices based on their current and future product and service objectives.

• Oversee the preparation of renewal quotes and ordering documents, ensuring mutual agreement and processing in line with Sonatype's policies and procedures.

• Assist in ensuring that customers are successful and satisfied with Sonatype's products and services.

• Track contract renewal conditions and engage with customers to maintain and expand Sonatype's presence.

• Manage non-standard renewal scenarios while upholding subscription integrity and profitability.

• Experience in a high-volume activity setting, adept at managing multiple priorities and conflicting demands while maintaining focus on primary objectives.

• Ability to discuss contract adherence, expansions, and product pricing with customers effectively.

• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure customers complete contract paperwork accurately and punctually.

• Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms.

• Willingness to work unconventional hours and/or additional hours to support global customers during peak times.

• Interest in acquiring knowledge about modern software development and related technologies.

• Strong preference for candidates based in EST or CST time zones.
