Renewal Coordinator, German & English Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Manage and execute a portfolio of renewal contracts within a designated territory.

• Apply effective negotiation strategies for a substantial number of renewals that not only enhance contract value but also safeguard and bolster customer trust.

• Drive account growth by identifying additional opportunities during contract renewals.

• Keep an updated rolling forecast for the territory and communicate potential renewal risks to internal stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively with Account Executives, Customer Success, Pricing, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Product Management teams.

• Analyze various challenges using data and recognizable factors.

• Comply with internal best practices related to Opportunity Management, Data Quality and Accuracy, CRM Hygiene, Quotes, and Forecasting.

• Meet financial and strategic goals for revenue, bookings, and billings.

• Prioritize the portfolio to achieve the best possible results.

• Utilize customer data and behaviors to evaluate renewal health.

• Report directly to the Manager, Renewal Specialists as an individual contributor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Authorized to work in Egypt.

• Proficient in written and spoken English and German.

• Over 2 years of experience in Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS environments.

• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successfully completing contracts on time.

• Demonstrated strategic mindset to facilitate persuasive value discussions with customers at the executive level.

• Experience in a quota-carrying sales position with verifiable achievements.

• Strong skills in process management, financial analysis, and contractual engineering.

• Ability to respond and adapt to potential rapid changes in priorities.

• High level of urgency, organization, and prioritization abilities.

• Capability to manage the renewal cycle effectively, coordinating necessary resources.
