Remote Sales Operator – Direct Channel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster relationships with clients through phone and digital platforms.

• Conduct proactive outbound calls to designated clients.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

• Showcase and sell our product range, including new product launches, assortments, and promotional initiatives.

• Engage in negotiations, oversee sales, and ensure customer activation.

• Cultivate consultative relationships by recognizing client needs and providing optimal solutions.

• Document all interactions in the designated corporate systems.

• Conduct follow-ups on post-sale activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma is required (a higher education qualification will be viewed favorably).

• Previous experience in telesales, remote sales, customer service, or consultative selling is essential.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive abilities are a must.

• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.

• Familiarity with CRM systems is necessary.

• Must be organized, disciplined, and focused on achieving results.

• Outstanding verbal communication skills and confidence in selling and providing services via phone, WhatsApp, and other digital communication channels.

• Preferred: experience in the pharmaceutical distribution, dermocosmetics, hygiene & beauty, or consumer goods sectors.

• Preferred: experience in serving pharmacies, drugstores, or distributors.
