Relationship Consultant – Banking, Fluent German Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to both prospects and clients, guiding pre-sales discussions, presentations, and solution exploration regarding the nCino platform.

• Facilitate comprehensive discovery sessions, pinpoint solutions to significant business challenges, and articulate the strategic value of the platform.

• Conduct thorough product presentations and demonstrations while addressing inquiries about functionality.

• Leverage expertise in lending, credit origination, and financial services during client interactions.

• Tailor the nCino solution according to user stories and technical specifications, customizing demos to emphasize the pertinent value proposition.

• Work collaboratively with Pre-Sales, Sales, Product, Partners, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth experience for prospects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in banking or financial services, ideally enhanced by a background in fintech pre-sales or consulting.

• Demonstrated ability to foster relationships with prospects and clients while navigating intricate stakeholder landscapes with assurance.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of persuading large audiences and seasoned executives.

• Ability to swiftly respond to complex situations, adapt effectively, and excel in a customer-centric environment.

• Proficient written and verbal skills in both German and English.

• Willingness to travel within the EMEA region, up to 60% of the time.

• Practical experience with loan origination platforms or processes is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with credit risk management or regulatory requirements in the banking industry is beneficial, though not essential.

• Experience in using or configuring Salesforce is a plus, but not essential.
