Relationship Consultant – Banking, Fluent German Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted consultant to prospects and clients by leading Pre-Sales discussions, presentations, and solution development regarding nCino’s offerings.

• Facilitate in-depth discovery sessions to pinpoint solutions for significant business challenges and convey the strategic advantages of the nCino platform.

• Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations, addressing functional capability inquiries and emphasizing the value of the solutions.

• Provide subject matter expertise in credit, lending, banking, and financial services during client interactions.

• Engage directly with the nCino solution to represent prospect-specific user stories and technical needs, customizing demos to showcase unique value.

• Partner with Pre-Sales, Sales, Product, Partners, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth experience for prospects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in banking or financial services, preferably paired with experience in a Fintech Pre-Sales or consulting position.

• Demonstrated ability to establish strong relationships with prospects and clients while navigating complex cross-functional stakeholder landscapes.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

• Capacity to quickly respond to complex situations, adapt to changing circumstances, and excel in a client-facing role.

• Proficiency in both German and English, in both written and spoken forms.

• Willingness to travel throughout the EMEA region as needed, up to 60% of the time.

• Practical experience with Loan Origination platforms or workflows is a plus.

• Familiarity with credit risk management or regulatory standards in the banking industry is beneficial.

• Experience with using or configuring Salesforce is an advantage.
