Relationship Consultant – Banking, Fluent German Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor for prospects and customers, guiding pre-sales discussions, presentations, and solution exploration related to the nCino platform.

• Facilitate comprehensive discovery sessions to identify solutions for significant business challenges and articulate the strategic value of the platform.

• Conduct thorough product presentations and demonstrations, addressing inquiries regarding functionality.

• Leverage expertise in lending, credit origination, and financial services during customer engagements.

• Customize the nCino solution based on user stories and technical specifications, adjusting demonstrations to emphasize the pertinent value proposition.

• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Sales, Product, Partners, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth experience for prospects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in the banking or financial services sector, ideally enhanced by a background in fintech pre-sales or consulting.

• Demonstrated ability to establish relationships with prospects and clients while confidently navigating complex stakeholder environments.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing large audiences and seasoned executives.

• Ability to swiftly address complex situations, effectively adapt, and thrive in a customer-centric setting.

• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.

• Willingness to travel up to 60% within the EMEA region.

• Practical experience with loan origination platforms or processes is beneficial, though not mandatory.

• Familiarity with credit risk management or banking sector regulatory requirements is advantageous, but not essential.

• Experience with Salesforce configuration or usage is a plus, but not required.
