Reinstatement Clerk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess eligibility for policy reinstatement programs

• Execute reinstatement transactions and agent bonuses utilizing various systems

• Complete assigned tasks, monitor progress, and follow up to ensure successful processing

• Provide weekly status updates to management and communicate progress and concerns regarding tasks

• Assist with reinstatement initiatives and clerical activities related to Customer Retention

• Collaborate with Back Office Clerks, Analysts, and departmental management

• Perform ad hoc tasks and other responsibilities as assigned by management

• Adhere to departmental policies and procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred candidates will have a college education

• Prior experience in life insurance is desirable

• Capability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage various projects and processes concurrently

• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail

• Consistent follow-through and adherence to policies and procedures

• Exceptional verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of individuals

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel; experience with Access is advantageous

• Extensive experience working with mainframe systems

• Dependable and predictable attendance for assigned shifts

• Ability to work full-time and/or part-time based on position requirements
