Rehabilitation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Utilize networks and industry expertise to uncover new return-to-work prospects

• Build and maintain relationships with employers seeking return-to-work assistance

• Provide case management for injured workers in need of physical and/or psychological support

• Forge connections with health professionals and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

• Conduct assessments such as functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, and activities of daily living assessments

• Work alongside injured employees, employers, medical specialists, and allied health professionals

• Create, implement, and oversee rehabilitation plans

• Assist clients in returning to their current job or discovering new employment opportunities

• Serve the Australian Defence Force and Veteran community

⛳️ Requirements

• Current unrestricted registration or eligibility for registration/membership with the appropriate industry body (AHPRA, ESSA)

• Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Nursing

• Strong clinical reasoning skills

• Ability to engage effectively across multidisciplinary teams

• A genuine passion for helping individuals rehabilitate

• Proven ability to work independently
