This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with the Field Sales team as a cohesive unit to enhance applications and configurations of advanced Rehab products.
• Offer ongoing training, development, and support for Rehab products, particularly Q Logic electronics, to customers, therapists, and VA facilities.
• Liaise with Rehab Product Specialists, Regional Managers, and the Quantum Team to address the needs of Rehab providers within the designated Field Sales territory.
• Travel across the assigned territory to deliver Quantum product training and presentations.
• Assist in educational presentations and technical training within the territory.
• Address Quality Assurance issues and concerns effectively.
• Provide field data regarding growth opportunities to Rehab Product Specialists and the Regional Manager.
• Maintain an inventory of demonstration chairs, electronics, and accessories.
• Manage time and territory in a cost-efficient manner.
• Submit monthly expenses and weekly travel itineraries promptly.
• Support providers and technical staff with troubleshooting and repairs of field units.
• Participate in VA clinics and related activities.
• Adhere to safety and security protocols and report any accidents, incidents, or injuries without delay.
• Complete Annual CTPAT Security Training as required.
• Exhibit continuous improvement and sound business judgment.
• Collaborate effectively with all Pride departments to surpass internal and external expectations.
• Must possess a team-oriented attitude, be friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and honest.
• Capability to multitask, solve problems, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.
• Skills in assembling and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical devices.
• Willingness to travel for the company and transport demonstration equipment.
• Capacity to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Strong motivation to achieve advancement and continuous improvement.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional web navigation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong planning, customer service, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Preferred: Basic working knowledge of Pride operating systems.
• Preferred: Basic understanding of clinical diagnoses and equipment considerations.
• Preferred: Strong mechanical and/or electrical assembly and troubleshooting skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in electro-mechanical applications within a healthcare, sales, manufacturing, and/or production setting, or an Associate Degree in a related healthcare field, or a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Preferred: At least 2 years of experience in the Mobility Industry.
• Preferred: Current or previous successful employment with Pride Mobility Products Corporation.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred: Associate Degree in a healthcare-related field.
• Preferred: Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) Certification.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, both now and in the future.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.

• Starting salary of $56,630 with potential for commission.
