This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with Field Sales as an integrated team to develop and concentrate on the applications and configurations of advanced Rehab products.
• Provide training, development, and support for Rehab products, including Q Logic electronics, for customers, therapists, and VA facilities.
• Liaise with Rehab Product Specialists, Regional Managers, and the Quantum Team to meet the needs of Rehab providers.
• Travel within the designated territory to conduct training and presentations on Quantum Products.
• Assist in delivering educational presentations and technical training.
• Communicate any Quality Assurance issues and concerns.
• Report field data and identify growth opportunities to Rehab Product Specialists and the Regional Manager.
• Maintain an inventory of demo chairs, electronics, and accessories.
• Manage time and territory in a cost-effective manner.
• Submit monthly expense reports and weekly travel itineraries.
• Provide support to providers and technical staff with troubleshooting and repairs of field units.
• Participate in VA clinics and related activities.
• Adhere to safety and security protocols, promptly reporting any accidents, incidents, or injuries.
• Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training.
• Commit to continuous improvement and demonstrate sound business judgment.
• Collaborate effectively with all Pride departments to surpass internal and external expectations.

• Proficient in assembling and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical devices.

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.

• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent web navigation capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional planning, customer service, public speaking, and presentation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Pride operating systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with clinical diagnoses and equipment considerations is advantageous.
• Preferred strong mechanical and/or electrical assembly and troubleshooting skills.
• At least 1 year of experience with electro-mechanical applications in a healthcare, sales, manufacturing, or production environment, or an Associate Degree in a related healthcare field, or a Bachelor's Degree in place of the related Associate Degree.
• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.
• Completion of the Annual CTPAT Security Training is mandatory.
• Starting salary of $56,630 USD per year.
• Potential for commission earnings.
