This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the daily functions of direct reports while delivering limited clinical care.
β’ Address both clinical and administrative issues, troubleshoot challenges, ensure adequate staff coverage, and collect feedback regarding care delivery systems.
β’ Monitor and evaluate team performance, service-level agreements, targets, and clinical outcomes.
β’ Facilitate the development, organization, and communication of nursing policies and team procedures.
β’ Assist in the recruitment, training, and mentoring of a US-based team.
β’ Manage KPI objectives for the team and outcomes related to Twin Service.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional team leaders and act as a team representative or subject matter expert on various initiatives and projects.
β’ Gather data, insights, and feedback from frontline staff to guide decision-making.
β’ Encourage member self-care management through clinical judgment, data analysis, and critical thinking.
β’ Guide individual members throughout their Twin journey, including monitoring health trends, reviewing lab results, and supporting medication management.
β’ Work alongside nurses, health coaches, providers, and operations teams.
β’ Provide prompt responses and feedback regarding member care, escalations, and resolution of issues.
β’ Maintain precise confidential records in compliance with federal laws and Twin policies.
β’ Create and evaluate management reports, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas of concern.
β’ Engage in continuous education and activities focused on performance improvement.
β’ Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
β’ Currently holds an active and unencumbered RN license.
β’ At least 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
β’ A BSN degree from an accredited nursing program is required.
β’ Comfortable and eager to adopt the latest technologies and incorporate data and technical outputs into patient care.
β’ Ability to manage a large caseload and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Proficient in navigating the internet and multitasking across multiple electronic documentation systems and business tools, including Google and Slack.
β’ Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to change.
β’ Self-motivated with a focus on achieving results.
β’ Quick to assimilate new information and knowledge.
β’ Highly organized and detail-oriented.
β’ Capable of managing competing demands with diplomacy and enthusiasm.
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical infrastructure and hierarchical structures.
β’ Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
