This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the daily operations of a remote team of RNs and LPNs tasked with reviewing and addressing real-time patient alerts within remote monitoring workflows.
β’ Track queue performance, alert resolution times, throughput, billable activities, and staffing coverage to ensure that operational goals and clinical service standards are consistently achieved.
β’ Perform clinical audits and chart reviews to assess triage quality, documentation precision, escalation suitability, and compliance with guideline-directed care protocols.
β’ Deliver structured coaching, immediate feedback, and formal performance management to enhance clinical judgment and productivity.
β’ Collaborate with RN Managers and clinical leadership on escalation pathways, staffing models, workflow enhancements, and clinical education initiatives.
β’ Aid in hiring and onboarding by assessing candidates for triage readiness, clinical decision-making abilities, communication skills, and operational compatibility.
β’ Directly contribute to patient care as necessary, facilitating alert management workflows and ensuring continuity of care during peak volume or staffing-limited periods.
β’ Must possess an active, unencumbered compact RN license.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing Registered Nurse in triage, acute care, ICU, urgent care, remote patient monitoring, or chronic disease management settings is required.
β’ At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience leading nurses in high-volume, queue-based, triage, or remote care delivery environments is necessary.
β’ Proven experience in assessing clinical quality, triage decision-making, escalation appropriateness, and documentation accuracy in alert-driven workflows.
β’ Strong operational management experience with performance metrics such as alert volume, throughput, call handling time, staffing coverage, and productivity targets.
β’ Preferred experience in managing remote teams, including scheduling, PTO coordination, staffing coverage, and performance management in continuous operations environments.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in leading team meetings, conducting one-on-ones, and collaborating cross-functionally with clinical leadership.
β’ Familiarity with AI-assisted clinical tools (such as Gemini, Open Evidence, or similar platforms) is desirable.
